An entry is one saved transaction — a sale, a bill, a voucher, a job card. An AI query is one question to the assistant, however long the question is. Every plan includes standard cloud storage.
Every plan can reach every application
Plans differ in how many management systems you can have switched on at once, not in which ones you are allowed to choose from.
Questions people actually ask
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Moving up applies straight away; moving down applies from the next renewal so you keep what you have paid for.
What happens if I stop paying?
Nothing is deleted. Until you pay or move to the free plan, the workspace opens on the billing page rather than on your screens - and the button that downloads everything you have put in, as spreadsheets, keeps working. Renew and you are back exactly where you left off.
Can one account run more than one business?
Yes. Business and Premium carry three business workspaces — a branch each — and you switch between them from the top of the sidebar. Free and Basic run one workspace.
How do I pay?
By bKash. You send the amount from your own bKash to the merchant number on your billing screen and type in the transaction ID; a person checks it against the statement and your plan switches on, usually within a few hours. Your administrator can also record a payment against the subscription by hand.
Is my data separated from other businesses?
Every record carries your workspace identifier and queries are filtered on it automatically, so another business cannot read your data even by accident.
