What we hold, and why

You are trusting us with a business's books. This says exactly what that means in practice.

Last updated 12 September 2026

What we collect

The account: your name, email address, mobile number and password, which is stored hashed and is not readable by us or anybody else.

The business: whatever you record in it — customers, stock, bills, payments, staff. This is your data, held so the software can show it back to you.

A mobile number left in the call-back form on the public site, so that somebody can ring you back about it.

Ordinary technical detail a web server sees: an IP address, a browser, and which pages were opened.

What we never do

We do not sell your data, and we do not hand it to advertisers.

We do not read one business's records to show them to another. The workspace boundary is enforced on every query, not merely hidden in the interface.

We will never ask you for your password, your PIN or a one-time code — by phone, email or in the assistant. Anybody who does is not us.

Who else sees anything

bKash sees what it must to move the money you send us, and nothing beyond that.

The support assistant on the public site sends your question to an AI provider to answer it. It has no access to any workspace and cannot look anything up about your account, so do not paste anything private into it.

We hand data to an authority only where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Your business records stay for as long as the account is open, because accounts are kept for years and a ledger with a hole in it is worse than none.

Close the account and tell us, and we delete what we are not required to keep. Export first — the CSV export covers every table.

What you can ask for

A copy of what we hold, a correction to anything wrong, or deletion. Write to support@baki.click or call +880 1841-588718 and we answer within one working day.

Still not sure?

Ask the assistant in the corner, or speak to a person.
