Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your login, so keep the password to yourself. Give each member of staff their own account rather than sharing one — that is what the roles are for, and it is the only way the activity trail means anything.
Tell us promptly if you think somebody else has got in.
Your data is yours
Everything you record stays yours. We store and process it to run the service for you, and we do not sell it or use it to advertise to you.
You can export every table as CSV at any time. If you close the account, you can take your records with you first.
What you agree not to do
Do not use the platform for anything unlawful, do not try to reach another business's workspace, and do not attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
We may suspend an account that is doing any of those, and will say why.
Paying
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Prices can change, and if they do you will be told before the change reaches your account and can cancel instead.
An unpaid workspace drops to the free plan rather than being deleted.
What we do not promise
We work to keep the service available and correct, but it is provided as it is. We are not your accountant: the software records what you enter and totals it by the rules it is given, and whether the result is right for your circumstances is between you and a professional who knows them.
We are not liable for business losses arising from your use of the service beyond what you have paid us for it.
Ending it
You can close your account whenever you like. We can end an account for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, with notice unless the breach makes that unreasonable.
