Wholesale & distribution · Routes and dues
The profit is not in the delivery. It is in the collection.
Every shop, on its route, with what it owes and how old that debt is — so the morning list is seven shops to collect from rather than a guess.
Where a distributor loses money
-
1
The shop list and the dues live in the SR’s own notebook. That makes the round his, not yours.
-
2
Nobody knows which dues are sixty days old, because in a book a sixty-day due looks exactly like a fifteen-day one.
-
3
Returns and expired stock are settled verbally, so the shop’s balance never quite agrees with yours.
What you actually get
Dues by route, by age
Every shop with its balance and how long it has been outstanding — 7, 15, 30, 60 days. The morning collection list writes itself.
A credit limit per shop
Set the ceiling once and the system warns before another delivery goes out on top of an unpaid balance.
SR, route and collection
Who sells where, what they delivered, and what they actually brought back — collection separated from sales, because they are different numbers.
Returns that reconcile
Expired, damaged and unsold goods entered as their own transaction, so a shop’s balance agrees with the shop’s own book.
Day 1
We load your shop list with its routes and current outstanding balances, and put the app on the SRs’ phones. The first delivery is billed the same day.
Day 7
Every route has a collection list, you can see which dues are ageing, and the month’s reconciliation with each SR takes minutes instead of an argument.

The things people ask before signing up
Can SRs use it on the road?
Yes — it runs in a phone browser, which is what they already carry.
Does it handle supplier and company dues too?
Yes. What you owe the company sits in the same books as what the shops owe you, so real profit is one figure rather than three.
Can I pay commission on collection rather than sales?
Collections are recorded separately from sales, so commission can be worked out on money that actually arrived.
What about damaged and expired returns?
Entered as their own transaction against the shop, dated, so both sides agree.
